​At Caltrology Electrolysis, we value your time and ours. Our policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all of our clients.

General Policies

• ​Clients who are continually late, or clients who religiously cancel their appointments, may have their treatment services terminated permanently. 

• Please do not come to your appointment sick. Always reschedule as a courtesy to not only me but also to my other clients.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, Treatment Time Changes, & No-Shows

• ​If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice. Clients whose appointments are canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, and clients whose appointments are missed entirely, will be charged the full service fee. The full service fee will be charged to the card on file, and if there is not a card on file, we will e-mail you an invoice and require full payment before any future treatments will be performed.

• We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice to reduce your treatment time length. Clients who wish to reduce their treatment time length and give less than 48 hours’ notice will still be required to pay for their original reserved treatment time length. No exceptions will be made to ensure fairness and consistency for all of our clients.​​​​​

Late Arrivals

​Please notify us if you expect to be late. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals within reason, but your appointment will still need to end at the scheduled time, and the full service fee will still be required. No exceptions will be made to ensure fairness and consistency for all of our clients.​

A credit card is required to secure your appointment, however charges will only be made according to our cancellation/rescheduling/no-show policies outlined on this web page as well as on your new client Intake & Consent Form.​
