Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be charged the full service fee. No exceptions will be made.

Late Arrivals​​​

Please notify us if you expect to be late. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals within reason, but your appointment will still need to end at the scheduled time, and the full service fee will still be required. No exceptions.

Appointments can be reserved through this website under "Schedule An Appointment", or by text-messaging or calling us (texts preferred) at (619) 356-0041. A credit card is required to secure your appointment, however charges will only be made according to our cancellation policy outlined on this web page.
