At Caltrology, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change.

Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility for our clients while ensuring that our team can manage their appointments efficiently while continuing to provide high-quality service to each client.

Our Policy


If you cancel your appointment or request to reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no charge. We greatly appreciate your early notice as it helps us to adjust our schedules and offer your time slot to another wait-listed client.


Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, requests to reschedule an appointment less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, or failure to show up for your appointment, will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. This policy is in place to ensure that our staff is compensated for the difficulty of filling your reserved time slot on short notice, and that clients on our waiting list have an opportunity to fill that time slot and receive treatment.

Scheduling Appointments


Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by calling our office during business hours. A credit card is required to secure your appointment, however charges will only be made according to the cancellation policy outlined above.


Late Arrivals


Please notify us if you expect to be late. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals within reason, but your appointment will still need to end at the scheduled time and the full service fee will still be required.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy.
